Retro gray and black dot mani.

Black base with green glitter gradient.

Newspaper Nails!

Paint nails base color and let dry completely.  Soak in rubbing alcohol.  Press newspaper on top of nail.  Soak cotton ball in rubbing alcohol and press on newspaper (like those tatoos you used when you were a kid).  Hold for a minute, then check by lifting up the edge.  Carefully peel off.  Allow to air dry then seal with a top coat!
